About the role

We're looking for a consultative, business minded Business Systems & Tools individual contributor who pairs strong technical depth with a RevOps mindset.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys problem solving with stakeholders, and sees systems as a lever for business impact.
This role is based out of our NYC office.

Oversee integrations across core systems, proactively auditing and refining them to support accurate, up-to-date workflows and functionality.
Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand business problems, define success criteria, and translate needs into scalable system designs and implementations
Serve as a system administrator and provide day-to-day support for Salesforce and related business systems, such as user access, account maintenance, reports, workflows, and permissions

Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration: managing user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
Experience owning business systems in B2B/SaaS organizations, with a focus on supporting GTM teams and processes
Proven cross-functional partnership with business stakeholders such as sales, client success, and servicing teams
Experience with integrating Salesforce to other business applications, with an understanding of integration design, data flow, and system dependencies
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot
Familiarity with Apex programming language, Visualforce, and Lightning Components

This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus.
