- Job descriptions: Execute finishing operations according to works orders and ensure that all duties and tasks are performed according to safety and quality standards and SOPs.
Responsibilities
- HAYDEN Diamond Bit Industries Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of diamond coring bits and other diamond products for the world's mining and exploration industry.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift/move weights up to 22 KG.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and provide constructive feedback
- Must have legal working status in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment settings preferred.
Skills
- Operate bench grinding and drilling machines to remove residual material to prepare the bit for sandblasting.
- Responsible for operating the sandblasting machine to sandblast bits to Works Orders finishing specifications.
- File off excess residual carbon material to prepare the bit for finishing.
- Assist in any other tasks assigned in the production area including helping to shrink wrap skits and boxes for shipment.
