About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
  • Establish governance and review processes with the internal engineering team to support EPC design approvals.
  • Design, implement, and enforce robust program-level change management, quality assurance, and safety frameworks.
  • Champion best practices, lead project close-out activities, and ensure seamless handover of commissioned assets to operations.
  • Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners regarding program status and key decision points.
  • Intersect develops, constructs, and operates the most ambitious power and data center infrastructure in the country by co-locating industrial demand with dedicated gas and renewable power generation.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of reciprocating engine and/or gas turbine power plant construction and operations is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a closely related field)
  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • $221,000 - $260,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD)
  • Beyond your salary, you'll receive an Equity Grant, giving you a meaningful stake in our parent company.
