About the role

Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Establish governance and review processes with the internal engineering team to support EPC design approvals.
- Design, implement, and enforce robust program-level change management, quality assurance, and safety frameworks.
- Champion best practices, lead project close-out activities, and ensure seamless handover of commissioned assets to operations.
- Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners regarding program status and key decision points.
- Intersect develops, constructs, and operates the most ambitious power and data center infrastructure in the country by co-locating industrial demand with dedicated gas and renewable power generation.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of reciprocating engine and/or gas turbine power plant construction and operations is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a closely related field)
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Compensation
- $221,000 - $260,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD)
