About the role
- This position is fully onsite and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Assist with technical administrative duties like data entry/import/export, ticket triage, report generation and other ad hoc requests
- Help standardize processes across departments by creating clear documentation for workflows, SOPs, and system processes and consolidating it into an internal knowledge base (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across internal teams (accounting, production, operations) to understand workflows and translate them into system processes, including system setup, testing, data validation, and process improvements
- Support integration between systems (ERP, eCommerce, WMS, internal tools)
Requirements
- Experience with SQL, scripting, workflow automation, or system integrations/API s.

Skills
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional agility when working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiar with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and documentation or process mapping tools.
