Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Risk & Insurance, this position partners closely with Legal, Human Resources, Safety, Store Operations, Facilities, Treasury, and third-party administrators to ensure claims are managed efficiently, regulatory requirements are met, and business risk is minimized.
- This role requires a self-driven insurance professional who can independently manage a high volume of claims in a fast-paced, multi-state retail environment while exercising sound judgment and maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners, insurance carriers, brokers, attorneys, and third-party administrators.
