About the role
- Company Description Configure Tek We specialize in Staff Augmentation and Consulting Services across HP Software, VMWare, EView Technology and other IT Operations vendor portfolios.
- The Delivery Manager oversees the execution of the technical deployment of cloud-based solutions that meet client's business needs, primarily the ServiceNow tool.
- He/she will be responsible for growing key accounts through expansion of product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope alignment, adherence, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create requirements workshop agenda(s) that represent what to gather from the client.
- Implement tools and/or deliverables that will make the project run smoother.
- Serve as the point of escalation for the client and our project team Build solid relationships with the clients with the focus on key decision makers and executives.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and future opportunities.
- Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years project/program management experience implementing ServiceNow software applications
- Knowledge of web based development language
- Experience managing ServiceNow software implementations with a minimum of 5 people assigned to each project
- Experience utilizing the complete Software Development Lifecycle
- No third party consultants, And, you must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card holder.
- This person must be solution driven
- client focused, team motivator, and must be willing to travel.
Nice to have
- ITIL v3 certification preferred
- ServiceNow administration experience
- system admin certification preferred
