Responsibilities
- You own product analytics strategy for Ethos and sit at the table where the company's biggest growth bets get made.
- You manage and develop a team of product analysts across our highest-priority charters.
- Experimentation at portfolio scale. Own experiment strategy across your product areas - design, guardrails, interpretation, and the cross-experiment patterns that reveal the bigger picture no single test shows.
- You'll own the product analytics charter across multiple high-impact product lines - partnering directly with product, design, engineering, and executive leadership, and developing a team of analysts who do the same.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments
- 3+ years managing product analysts, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent - and a player-coach disposition that keeps you close to the work
