Responsibilities
- You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.
- Own the design system and collaborate closely with design & engineering in Figma and Code to maintain and constantly improve it.
- Concept and implement moments of delight across the web & product experience
- Continue to build on the high quality, high craft culture at Rogo
- You are a strong frontend engineer with a strong eye for design, are proficient in React / NextJS, and design/animation libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP or other.
- You excel at building browser-native, robust, DOM-compliant React components, taking into account accessibility, reusability, cross-platform considerations.
- You are comfortable in Figma, especially creating useful, code-compatible design systems
- You understand how to build polished, composable design system components in a scalable, easy-to-maintain way
