About the role
- Company Description Fenix Resources Ltd (ASX: FEX) is a fully integrated mining, logistics and port services business operating in Western Australia's Mid-West.
- Fenix is growing at Weld Range following the securing of a 290Mt high-grade iron ore resource, underpinning its move toward 10Mtpa and driving expanded mining and logistics activity across the region.
- This facility is fully equipped with the latest tools, technology, and comfort features, reinforcing our focus on preventative maintenance, safety, and long-term asset care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in maintenance & repair of heavy vehicle and/or trailers (Volvo & Mack preferable)
- Experience in vehicle inspections and electric & repairs to heavy duty trucks and trailers
Nice to have
- Even time roster - 7 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off OR;
- 2:1 roster - 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
- Maintaining equipment in line with OEM specifications and compliance standards
- Diagnosing faults accurately and safely
- Reporting emerging issues or faults to management
- Managing work orders and promptly responding to driver and workshop requests
- Completing documentation and inputting data accurately into systems
