About the role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a HR Coordinator.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to grow their HR career in a hands-on, people-centered environment.

Greet and direct employees who come to HR with questions or concerns, providing first-line support and information.
Maintain accurate employee records in UKG (our HRIS) and time-keeping systems.
Support attendance tracking by logging occurrences, running reports, and flagging patterns to the Generalist.
Prepare HR documents including offer letters, warning notices, and other standard correspondence under the direction of the Generalist.
Help maintain a welcoming, approachable HR presence on the floor during the night shift.

Familiarity with HRIS systems (we use UKG), Microsoft Office, and general data entry.
Ability to stay focused and effective during overnight hours.
2+ year of HR, administrative, or customer service experience - manufacturing or warehouse experience is a bonus.

Experience in a high-volume or 24/7 operation.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
