About the role

Hiscox USA is currently searching for a dynamic, engaging and solutions-oriented Sr.
Lines of business include commercial general liability, professional liability (E&O) and cross-sold Cyber from time to time.
We also specialize in accountants, real estate agents, property managers, trustees, consultants, freight forwarders, staffing firms, TPAs, associations, and more!

Develop new broker relationships and increase depth of existing broker relationships throughout the West Coast region to drive production
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Team-oriented, ability to collaborate and desire to share information across divisions and teams to further the overall goals of the company

Strong understanding of sales principles, presentation, negotiation skills and demonstrate a competitive drive
Proven track record of understanding and delivering meaningful underwriting profit
The ability to identify business needs
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
Willingness to develop business, with travel throughout the West Coast, including the Mid-West and Mountain States up to 25%, required
At times, regional travel required including industry events and broker visits

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
