About the role

This role involves providing blocks of eurythmy instruction across multiple levels, from early childhood through grade eight.
The school offers a collaborative and innovative environment with dedicated eurythmy spaces and a strong commitment to Waldorf pedagogy.
Oversee student snack, recess, and/or lunch periods as needed for FT equivalency.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Development and Instruction Develop and implement comprehensive eurythmy lesson plans that align with the Waldorf curriculum and the specific needs of each grade level.
Bringing Engaging Eurythmy and Movement Experiences Design and deliver creative and inspiring eurythmy lessons that capture students' imaginations and foster a love of movement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Eurythmy Training Certification, a bachelor's degree (preferred), demonstrated success teaching eurythmy to different age groups, and a commitment to Waldorf principles and philosophy.
A Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent relevant experience, knowledge, or skills.

Compensation

$65,559-$113,636 Annually; depending upon experience The Brooklyn Waldorf School is seeking a warm and enthusiastic experienced Eurythmy Teacher to join their faculty for during the 2026/27 school year.
