Responsibilities
- Build influential relationships with brokers and set a gold standard for customer service, inspiring your team and fortifying Argo Group's reputation.
- This approach helps us work together effectively and create a supportive, connected environment for our team and clients alike.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of US GL, Environmental, and Excess Liability, including product nuances, compliance, and risk management that comes with your 8+ years of Environmental/Excess experience.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
- Drive profitable growth by achieving monthly and annual production, profitability, and portfolio performance goals, including GWP, Loss Ratio, and Combined Ratio objectives.

- For positions based in New York, the base salary range is $185,900 - $223,100, and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
