- This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned QA Engineer I to play a critical role in bringing our products to market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports for multiple software projects of varying sizes and technology platforms.
- Liaise with product owners, developers, UX/UI designers, support analysts, and technical writers.
- Document and inform the development team of defects with clear communication of quantitative and qualitative findings derived from test results.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in a manual and automation software testing role.
- Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
- Great problem-solving skills and a keen interest in new technology Diligent and meticulous with high regard for best practices Proficiency in creating test plans and defect tracking processes.
- Experience with Jira and TestRail applications.
- Proficiency in conducting black box and white box testing.
Nice to have
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related science/technology-based discipline is highly preferred.
- Experience with payment or accounting systems (ERPs) testing preferred.
- Proficiency in performing regression, ticket, and performance testing preferred.

- The QA Engineer role will interpret and translate product requirements into test cases and lead testing for multiple, complex B2B software projects, to ensure the highest level of quality control.
