About the role
- Your Impact: Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
- Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
- Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements.
Responsibilities
- Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
- Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
- Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices.
- Must be available to train on A shift prior to moving to B shift
- Must be available to train on A shift prior to moving to B shift Physical Requirements: Regularly exerting up to 20 lbs. of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

- High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 19.50-24/hr.
