About the role
- You will ensure that digital experiences, data flows, and integrations across the I2R journey are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals.
- This role is pivotal in enabling seamless customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
- What you'll be doing: Define and evolve the solution architecture for the I2R value stream, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovative, AI-enabled solutions that drive scale, efficiency and transform our operations in the Implement to Renew space.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions with detailed roadmaps.
- Lead architectural design of CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with other Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure interoperability and architectural coherence across adjacent value streams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
- 3+ years of experience working in a SAFe environment or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience with data integration, customer journey orchestration, and real-time personalization.
- Ability to deliver technical solutions which meet all minimum requirements for quality, security and operability.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API gateways.
- Ability to mentor teams and influence architectural decisions across business and IT.
Nice to have
- SAFe® Architect Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Preferred Skills Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and consent management.

Compensation
- The starting base pay is $133,700.00 to $173,800.00.
