Responsibilities

Partner with the Global DEI team to design and activate regional DEI strategy, goals, and priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and regulatory considerations.
Lead and manage North America DEI programs, including strategy execution, awareness building, engagement, and continuous improvement through data, insights, and metrics.
Cultivate and manage external partnerships, including evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with vendors and organizations to enhance program delivery and impact.
Partner with Marketing and Communications to enhance inclusive content strategy, including advising on messaging, developing content, and amplifying Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council initiatives.
Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, TAP, L&D, Employee Experience, and business leaders) to design, launch, and scale effective, on-time programs.
Proactively identify risks and emerging challenges, recommend solutions, and drive resolution to maintain momentum and ensure program effectiveness.
Prior experience leveraging technology to build content calendars, e-mail campaigns, newsletters and manage distribution of this content.

Compensation

Support the management of the annual North America DEI budget, including tracking investments and aligning resources to strategic priorities.
