Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters across client organizations, including investigations, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and compliance guidance.
- Lead performance review design and execution, manager training, and employee development initiatives tailored to each client's culture and goals.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client HR programs, extend relationships, and drive retention and growth.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated strength in employee relations, HR consulting, compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage organization where priorities evolve and independent judgment is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- familiarity with Lattice, Salary.com, Nectar, and Service Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, strong data judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
- Ability to be on site at client locations as needed within the assigned market
