Manage employee relations matters across client organizations, including investigations, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and compliance guidance.
Lead performance review design and execution, manager training, and employee development initiatives tailored to each client's culture and goals.
Identify opportunities to strengthen client HR programs, extend relationships, and drive retention and growth.

5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated strength in employee relations, HR consulting, compliance, and stakeholder management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage organization where priorities evolve and independent judgment is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
familiarity with Lattice, Salary.com, Nectar, and Service Cloud is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
High attention to detail, strong data judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
Ability to be on site at client locations as needed within the assigned market
