- In determining final salary, Pender considers many factors including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, job responsibilities, market conditions, position location and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Research fundamental aspects of businesses we own or are evaluating for potential investment
- Applying qualitative analysis to support investment decisions
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office and some familiarity with the Bloomberg terminal
- Basic understanding of financial statements, and knowledge of factors that contribute to credit risk
- Our aim is to ensure fair compensation practices that align with industry standards while acknowledging the unique value and expertise each individual brings to the role.

- Some knowledge of credit markets, debt and lending
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- We are sharing that the estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
