Responsibilities
- Proactively manage various contracts (government/commercial).
- Ability to serve as a Volume lead.
- Maintain corporate awareness of regulatory changes and contractual requirements, including flow-downs, US export controls, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and anti-boycott compliance.
- Develop and maintain various templates, training materials, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking.
- To conduct business with Terran Orbital, a Master Services Agreement (MSA) must be executed and confirmed prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.
- This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Legal Studies or relevant degree from an accredited University.
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience in Government and Commercial Contract Management in support of multiple technical programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex contract negotiations and Government and Commercial terms and conditions in broad applications, thorough understanding of contracting principles and concepts.
- Thorough understanding of the US Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition policy, government contracting principles, and regulations. Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and the NASA FAR supplement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficient computer skills to prepare documents in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple contract actions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to work extended hours as required.
- Experienced in communicating with program managers, senior management/executive level.
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
Compensation
- $130,000 - $170,000 USD
