About the role

We provide a significant contribution to the most major Space programs of the European Space Agency, EUSPA and other Telespazio Groups.
Coordinate, monitor and follow up on risk assessments, audits, action plans, workplace conditions, risks and non-compliance situations.
Organize or coordinate safety trainings and awareness actions.

Manage daily office essentials, supplies and amenities, including coffee availability, kitchenette readiness, printer supplies, kitchen consumables and other office-related needs.
Manage and liaise with office-related services, suppliers, landlord and service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, utilities, internet, repairs and other facility services.
Welcome visitors, enforce guest policy compliance, manage access badges, and coordinate visitor reception.
Support space planning and office optimization when needed.
Coordination & Support Act as a key local interface between employees and support functions, including HR, IT, HQ and suppliers.
Support internal initiatives related to workplace experience, employee well-being and office services.
Support the implementation, monitoring, definition and update of HSE policies, procedures, emergency procedures and evacuation plans.
Ability to manage multiple operational topics in parallel.

Degree in HSE, Facility Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience with supplier coordination and operational follow-up.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and workplace standards.
Initial 7 months contract followed by 1 year contract Part-time contract (24 to 32 hours a week) 30 days of Pro-rata annual leave (Full-time is 40 hours a week) A good pension scheme with no personal contribution
