About the role

You will use your expertise to conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests to assist scientists in development of tools to detect and identify biological organisms and materials.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to our team of biologists, chemists, and engineers
Prepare chemical solutions for products and processes following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas
Maintain, clean, and sterilize laboratory instruments and equipment
Write technical reports or prepare graphs and charts to document experimental results

Requirements

5 years of working experience in the field
Knowledge of and experience with wet bench chemistry procedures
Ability to be a team player
Experience in a venture backed startup
1 - 5 years of working experience in the field
Ability to analyze data and accurately document and record results
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship or permanent resident

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree, chemistry preferred
