About the role

  • We are currently seeking to fill an existing vacancy on our team.
  • As a key part of the most innovative conifer seedling producer in the industry, you'll work with a focus on our people, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the greenhouses, storage and outdoor seedling production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in nursery operations, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Working knowledge of pine seedling nursery/agricultural operations, equipment, irrigation, soil fertility, and pesticides.

Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
