About the role
- Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work.
- Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30.
- All-rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping other formwork carpenters, concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Drive accountability for safety and environmental management both in design and construction through the line management Regularly engage and provide detailed reporting through to the executive management team Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems and lead contingency plans.
Nice to have
- Previous Construction Management experience Previous experience liaising with Client on site.
- Previous financial knowledge - budgets, tracking costs.
- Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting.
- Previous experience managing day works.
- Strength in reading, interpreting & following plans Trade background advantageous (formwork carpentry and/or concrete) Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License.
- HR license preferred but not essential.
