About the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of projects to ensure on time delivery, within scope, and budget.
This role will involve liaising with clients, coordinating internal teams, managing resources, and ensuring quality standards.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in the successful completion of projects, maintaining strong communication between stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in processes.

Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitate meetings and maintain clear documentation for all project activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

3-5 years of project management experience as an Assistant PM or 1-2 years of experience as a PM, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficient in project management software tools such as Autodesk, Procore and MS Office Suite, primarily Excel and Outlook and MS Project.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings and engineering calculations.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes for windows, doors, curtain wall, or storefront systems is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
