About the role
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of projects to ensure on time delivery, within scope, and budget.
- This role will involve liaising with clients, coordinating internal teams, managing resources, and ensuring quality standards.
- The Project Manager will play a critical role in the successful completion of projects, maintaining strong communication between stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and sales to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain clear documentation for all project activities.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience as an Assistant PM or 1-2 years of experience as a PM, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in project management software tools such as Autodesk, Procore and MS Office Suite, primarily Excel and Outlook and MS Project.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings and engineering calculations.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes for windows, doors, curtain wall, or storefront systems is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
