About the role
- We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join us onsite in our Los Altos, California clinic.
- Onsite supervision for limited permits is available.
- Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
- Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model

Requirements
- Experience and interest in working with adults and at least 1 year of experience working with patients with severe mental illness
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate new tools and technologies
- Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously
Skills
- Strong listening skills and excellent verbal communication capabilities
Compensation
- Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per year (full-time) + performance-based bonus opportunity.
