About the role

  • We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join us onsite in our Los Altos, California clinic.
  • Onsite supervision for limited permits is available.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients

Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
  • Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model

Requirements

  • Experience and interest in working with adults and at least 1 year of experience working with patients with severe mental illness
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism
  • Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate new tools and technologies
  • Highly organized with the ability to work autonomously

Skills

  • Strong listening skills and excellent verbal communication capabilities

Compensation

  • Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000 per year (full-time) + performance-based bonus opportunity.
