About the role
- Additionally, the role assists Corporate Accounting leadership with various tasks and ad-hoc requests throughout the month.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with FP&A, operations, payroll, and other departments on financial reporting matters.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.

Requirements
- Calculate division leader bonuses as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required or relevant experience
- Full-cycle accounting experience required
- 4+ years of relevant accounting (public or industry) experience required
- Independent ability to do calculations and book entries required
- Knowledge of GAAP required
- Proficiency in MS Excel required
- High attention to detail and the ability to work with a large amount of financial data are required
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality required
- must be resourceful
Nice to have
- Commercial real estate industry or other service industry experience preferred
- Yardi or Workday accounting software is preferred
