You will play a key part in managing candidate flow, coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, and keeping recruitment processes moving forward.

Support HR and hiring managers in managing requisitions
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Document interview feedback and ensure timely updates across the hiring team

1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interacting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience in healthcare, RCM, or related industries preferred
