Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate process documentation, startup sheets, and change logs
  • Work closely with Quality and Tooling teams to ensure tool readiness and optimize cycle times
  • Perform minor machine maintenance and support daily PM tasks
  • Involvement in advanced production cell design and software integration
  • Career path toward Lead Tech, Process Engineer, or Automation Specialist

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on process tech experience in injection molding
  • Ability to read and interpret part prints and work instructions
  • Familiar with scientific molding principles and decoupled molding strategies
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting instincts
  • Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced production environments

Nice to have

  • A front-row seat in shaping a smarter, vertically integrated manufacturing company.
  • RJG or Paulson training
  • experience with startup facilities

Skills

  • Producing these tools has always been slow, manual, and dependent on scarce expertise, taking weeks or months.
