About the role
- In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining communication with all teams in the field, ensuring team safety and monitoring workload, as well as conducting routine data collection.
- Alongside the team, this role is grounded in person-centered, harm reduction and trauma informed approaches to care, which center the needs and agency of the service user.
- Ability to work mandatory, where and as needed.

Requirements
- The following qualifications must be outlined in your application in order to be eligible: There are two applicant streams for the Dispatch position, outlined below.
- The qualifications in either stream must be met in full.
- Relevant Degree and Work Experience Pathway (both 1 and 2 are both required for this pathway): or 2.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the harmful effects of colonization, including relevant or applicable training/knowledge and experience in anti-racism, culturally safer care and decolonization.
- Must have weekend availability.

Compensation
- $36.06/hour to start with stepped increases based on your seniority with AVI. (Pay for this role is based on the BCGEU paygrid 38) Hours and Schedule: Casual basis with potential shifts falling Monday-Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm, 12:00-8:00pm, 5:00pm-1:00am.
