About the role

The Installation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our luxury carpet installations.
Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges before, during, and after the installation process, minimizing delays and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct thorough job site inspections, documenting findings in detailed reports to guarantee that all installations meet STARK's high standards.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive installation layouts based on sales quotes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and minimizing material waste.
Partner with the STARK installation team to provide expert guidance to sales staff, designers, and clients regarding installation-related inquiries.
Maintain a clean work environment and vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This involves precise layout planning, proactive troubleshooting, collaboration with sales and design teams, and meticulous job site inspections.

Requirements

Must have at least 3 years experience installing Ability to read and interpret detailed floor plans is essential.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills required, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, sales staff, clients, and designers.
Ability to multitask effectively is a must Valid drivers license
