Responsibilities
- Resource Innovations is seeking an Outreach Lead to join our growing team in Chandler, Arizona.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outreach Lead with a strong background in commercial lighting, HVAC, and building mechanical systems to join our dynamic team.
- As an Outreach Lead you will help recruit, onboard, train and maintain relationships with qualified service providers including installation contractors and engineering/controls vendors.
- You will participate in program events and support other program marketing and outreach initiatives.
- In addition to providing guidance and support to the outreach team, this role will look for opportunities to balance workload and identify underrepresented areas or customer segments.
- The role supports a program currently expected to conclude in April 2027.
- Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.
Requirements

Compensation
- The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $65,000- 75,000.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
