About the role

The Director, Product & Advanced Strategies: Advanced Sales is part of the Connect Wealth Solution's Product and Advanced Strategies team.
The Product and Advanced Strategies team is comprised of subject matter experts in the areas of financial strategies, practice management, and products.
[The following reflects duties for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

Present advanced sales strategies, case consultations, and content via webinars, public speaking at industry events and conferences, and telephone support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, financial professionals, and key partners to foster long-term trust and collaboration.
Associates get satisfaction from knowing they provide agents, marketers and carrier partners the support needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
Assist in developing sales ideas, marketing collateral, presentations, whitepapers, and assorted material to promote and position advanced sales strategies and insurance solutions.

5+ years of advanced sales, financial planning, or related industry experience
FINRA Series 6 or 7, or ability to obtain within 90-days
State insurance license, or ability to obtain within 90-days
Ability to travel (approx.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong knowledge of tax, legal, and regulatory issues affecting financial products and advanced planning techniques.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience working with third-party distribution.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree strongly preferred (JD, CPA, MBA, LLM, or other equivalent).
CLU, ChFC, CFP, CPA, RICP, or similar designation
5+ years of annuity or life insurance experience
Ability to travel (approx. 30%)
Deep understanding of life insurance, annuities, financial planning concepts and strategies.
Exceptional public speaking skills.
