About the role
- DelRicht Research is seeking a full-time, onsite, patient-facing Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Charlotte clinic.
- This role is a strong fit for someone with professional experience who is ready for a next step: owning patient-facing clinical research work, helping the clinic run smoothly, and growing toward future leadership opportunities as the site expands.
- We're looking for someone who can learn quickly, adapt in a changing environment, and step up with confidence when the team needs direction.
Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with the clinic team to support study visits, follow protocols, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and help ensure patients have an organized, positive experience.
- This is an opportunity to join a growing clinic with room to take ownership and build a longer-term path into leadership.
Requirements
- Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
- Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities
- Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows
Nice to have
- RN, LPN, MA, scribe, urgent care, EDC entry, or other clinical background
- Experience with blood draws, patient visits, or clinical procedures
- Professional Development Program
Skills
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment in fast-moving or uncertain situations
