Responsibilities
- Lead quote process and any technical changes, including kick-off, development, and customer presentation
- Support customer systems, service quotes and pricing by coordinating with internal Methode expertise, developing productivity proposals as needed, and communicating the technical proposals.
- Drive incremental margin improvement within existing business to goals set by business each year
- Manage awarded business to ensure tracking and updating of customer data including forecasting and pricing through internal business management system, and support account receivables invoicing and P.O. adjustments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering or Business required
- 10 years of relevant business experience
- Ability to effectively present and communicate information to diverse groups and at levels of organization internally and externally
- Must have expert skills in PowerPoint and excel
- Fully developed account management, program management and sales skills
- Requires strong negotiation and persuasion skills
