About the role
- The SQE ensures appropriate controls are implemented by suppliers on purchased products, all along procurement, manufacturing and packing.
- A minimum of 30% of inspections are carried out by the supplier quality engineer.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or project quality
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a project environment
Skills
- Experience in energy, power, or heavy industry
- Familiarity with quality tools (RCA, FMEA, 8D)
- NDT (Level 2 or 3)
