Responsibilities
- Centerstone is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Registration Clerk to support our Outpatient Services team in Quincy, Illinois.
- In addition to general outpatient registration functions, this role provides daily administrative and financial support to our Methadone clinic, helping maintain accurate client records, fees, and payment plans.
- Collect fees for services and maintain accurate financial records
- Verify services and documentation to support accurate billing and payment
- Communicate effectively with clients, clinical staff, and internal departments to support smooth operations
- Perform all client enrollment and registration functions in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Ability to follow procedures while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
Skills
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, in-person, and virtual interactions
Compensation
- Completion of all required training, including Relias at hire and annually thereafter
