About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
- Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
- We've got a nationally-recognized team culture and are looking for performance-minded techs that will help us continue to drive success through our Service Department.
- Ability to perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs
Requirements
- Class B technicians with 3+ years of experience
- Class C technicians with 5+ years of experience
- Experience using scan tools and service information systems
Compensation
- This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
