Responsibilities
- Drive the overarching user experience strategy and product design for our data platform, aligning design initiatives with broader organizational objectives and championing user-centric design.
- Manage a team of UX designers by fostering a strong user-focused culture, inspired by humanity, empathy, and humility, and driven by Product Excellence principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, data science, and clinical teams to translate complex technical requirements into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- Champion design systems and best practices to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all platform products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in UX design for complex enterprise, B2B, or platform software products.
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading design teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to work across the product development process, from establishing strong UX strategy and conceptual foundations to successfully launching scalable platform or enterprise products.

Compensation
- The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD $207,500 - $233,500 + bonus + equity + benefits.
