About the role
- This isn't just about "releasing records"-it's about architecting moments that move the needle in a hyper-fragmented digital landscape.
- You will be responsible for translating an artist's creative vision into a commercial powerhouse, ensuring that every rollout is as innovative as the music itself.
- Work with production and A&R oversee all product creation
Responsibilities
- Outside of the box marketing thinking, not doing the tried and true but finding new ways to connect to fans, drive streams and sales of Warner Records music
- Experience talking directly with DSP's and social media partners (TikTok, Meta, X, etc.) and pitching campaigns with them
- Collaborate with all departments to develop innovative, fully integrated marketing and digital campaigns that drive cultural relevance, audience growth, and commercial success.
- Drive revenue -Work with A&R / Commerce to develop music streaming and physical product ideas that generate incremental revenue and drive fandom
- Manage team coordinator and their daily workflow
- Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial Revenue, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Creative and Publicity, to build cohesive cross-platform campaigns.
- Partner with artists and management to craft a social narrative and content strategy for each artist that elevates their brands and drives fandom, cultural conversation and music consumption.
- Work with artist management and internal departments to develop and maintain an editorial calendar across all social platforms
- Partner with internal creatives and external creators to develop high-performing short-form content for Warner Records artists
- Build and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives and participate in regular update meetings
Requirements
- You have successfully led marketing and digital campaigns that resulted in measurable growth (e.g., Chart positions, RIAA certifications, or significant streaming milestones).
- Experience creating short form and viral content for music
- Experience working with content creators
- Deep knowledge of consumer and digital analytics
Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000 Annually

- 3-5 years of marketing experience at a Record Label or management company
