In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional project teams and play a key part in leading the technical development of proposals, contributing to impactful projects that drive our industry forward.
Maintain the technical documentation and data sheets to support proposed work.
Support site walk-downs, inspections, and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project insight.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain and evaluate technical input and quotations.

We are seeking a Proposal Engineer to support our business development efforts in delivering innovative and efficient power generation solutions to both current and future clients.
Essential Responsibilities Leads technical proposal development, including defining scope and reviewing project specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Responsible for maintaining and developing the project's financial estimate.
Supports bid reviews by presenting technical strategy and key proposal details.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to technical problem-solving efforts.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally. (30-50% Travel Required)
