Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure public safety.
- Respond swiftly to incidents and provide support in emergency situations.
- Document daily activity, incidents, and observations accurately in reports.
Requirements
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (required).
- Must be a San Francisco Resident
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to remain alert, responsive, and proactive in high-pressure situations.
- Current with BSIS Compliance
- i.e: 8-Hour Initial Training Certificate
- 32-hour continuing education certificates
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
Skills
- Officers are responsible for conducting hourly tours, ensuring the premises is secure.
- Access control when checking in and out guests to property, and checking all entrances and exits.
