About the role

  • Reporting directly to AQR's Senior Tax Counsel, you will be based in AQR's Greenwich, CT headquarters and be responsible for:
  • Structuring, drafting and negotiating tax aspects of investment management agreements, side letters and private fund offering documentation
  • Advising on tax aspects of structuring various institutional products, including domestic and offshore funds and investment vehicles
