About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our growing operations team.
In this role, you will coordinate daily shift assignments for medical professionals-including nurses, PSWs, and allied health workers-across multiple healthcare facilities.
Your work will be critical to ensuring clients' needs are met efficiently and reliably, contributing directly to high-quality patient care.

RhynoCare Department: Scheduling Location: Markham, ON (Head Office) Salary: $60,000 annually, full-time Schedule: First 3 weeks, M-F 9am-5pm for training (in person) After training is completed: Monday to Friday: 1 shift from 5am-11am (work from home) 1 shift from 9am-7pm (in person) 3 shifts from 9am-5pm (in person) Schedules will be created 4 weeks in advance About RhynoCare: RhynoCare is a leading medical staffing agency committed to bridging the gap between healthcare professionals and institutions.
