About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ability to partner effectively with developers and solution teams, demonstrating enough technical fluency to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analysis, or Systems integration Demonstrated ability to:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Summarizes and communicates analysis outcomes in decision-ready insights that enable stakeholders to make informed business and technical decisions..
  • Acts as liaison among clients, operations, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet both functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverages AI and automation tools to accelerate requirements gathering, analysis, and validation, with a focus on speed-to-insight and reducing manual effort.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science and/or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ongoing professional development in AI, data analysis, or system integration strongly preferred.
  • Work with transactional and API-based systems, including reading API specs and interpreting JSON/XML payloads.
  • Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.

Compensation

  • Pay range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 annually, depending on experience.
