About the role
- This is a B2B-focused role, designing for enterprise buyers and internal teams.
- This is a builder role: you'll set up the infrastructure, produce the work, and elevate Agentio's visual brand to match the sophistication of our platform and buyer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Design Systems & Brand Infrastructure
- Build and maintain a scalable B2B design system-typography, color, components, templates, and guidelines
- Partner with product design to ensure cohesion between brand and product experiences
- Brand Building & Product Alignment
- Influence how brand and product design intersect
- GTM & Sales Enablement Design
- Create go-to-market and sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.)
- Build templates that enable Sales and Marketing teams to produce on-brand work independently
- Design assets that directly support revenue and customer acquisition
- AI-Native Design & Workflows
