As the Northwest's leading mechanical contracting firm, we design, deliver, and service HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions for commercial buildings.
Results Build and grow the region's portfolio by developing strong relationships and pursuing retrofit and tenant improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-value proposals and maintain strong close ratios.
Quality Execution Perform project management duties, including effective cost and risk management, quality assurance, and timely delivery.

3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related technical fields.
A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical field (preferred but not required).

Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation.
Eligible for ramp-up and performance bonuses.
Establish a qualified pipeline that positions you for $4M+ in annual revenue as you continue to grow in year two and beyond.
