About the role

  • The Customer Content Services (CCS) team seeks an Impact Analyst to join our organization as we transition to a data-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Measurement Standards: Create and maintain a standardized metrics dictionary or taxonomy, ensuring all efforts use consistent definitions, calculation methodologies, and reporting hierarchies for core business metrics.
  • Conduct Deep-Dive Diagnostic Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis on large datasets to diagnose the root causes of underperformance, metric variances, or process failures.
  • Quantify Scenario Impact: Design and execute simulations or scenario analysis to estimate the potential impact of strategic decisions, system changes, or external market forces before they are implemented.
  • Drive Actionable Recommendations: Move beyond simply reporting data

Compensation

  • Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity.
  • Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package.
  • For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
  • The salary range for this position is $86,770.00 - $138,850.00.
