About the role

  • This role plays a critical part in reducing operational friction, improving process consistency, and enabling the SHI Capital team to focus on high-value sales activities.
  • This position offers exposure to sales, deal management, accounting operations, and operational process improvement within a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple teams and systems, ensuring operational issues are addressed quickly, workflows remain organized, and internal stakeholders stay aligned throughout the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • SHI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHI Capital Operations Specialist to support the continued growth and scalability of SHI Capital.
  • The Capital Operations Specialist will support the execution of payment solutions throughout the full deal lifecycle while serving as a key coordination point for workflow management, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Operational Support & Workflow Management
  • Manage and resolve operational issues related to invoicing, remittance, and funding processes.
  • Own and coordinate ServiceNow tickets and internal workflow requests.
  • Accounting & Administrative Support
  • Partner with the Accounting team to resolve billing and reconciliation issues.
  • Support customer credit line setup and ongoing tracking in coordination with Accounting.
  • Support the standardization of payment solution workflows and documentation.
  • Attention to Detail - Ensures precision and consistency in every task, understanding that small details drive big results.

Compensation

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $65,000 which includes a base salary.
