Responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance business partner to two Working Cells (Helix & Earls Gate).
- Partner closely with Working Cell Leads to monitor business performance and identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Support initiatives to improve EBITDA and operating cash flow.
Nice to have
- Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis, inventory reporting, and cost control analysis.
- Produce financial forecasts, budgets, and related performance analysis.
- Serve as the central finance contact for assigned Working Cells, resolving and escalating finance-related matters where necessary.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to information requests.
- Provide wider support to the Site Finance Director and finance team as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial regulations.
- Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or finance business partnering.
